1. Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges
To qualify for a refund or exchange:
Items must be returned within 7–14 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective:
Socks
Customized or personalized products
Clearance or final sale items
3. Refund Process
Refunds will only be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected by our team.
Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping fees (including return shipping) are non-refundable, unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.
4. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, style, or color, please contact us before sending the product back to confirm availability.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the desired item is unavailable, we will issue a refund instead.
5. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your package. We will arrange for a replacement, exchange, or refund at no additional cost to you.
6. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable courier service, as Source Sportswear is not responsible for lost or undelivered returns.
7. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To start the process:
Email us at info@sourcesportswear.com with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.
Our team will provide return instructions and, where applicable, a return authorization number.
Ship the item(s) back as instructed, and keep proof of shipment until your return has been processed.
