Source Sportswear – Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy sets out the delivery methods, timelines, costs, and related conditions for Orders placed on the Source Sportswear Website. It is intended to comply with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) and to clearly allocate responsibility between Source Sportswear, its couriers, and customers.
1. Definitions and Interpretation
“Business Day” means any day other than a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday in South Africa.
“Delivery Address” means the physical address provided by the customer at checkout.
“Order” means a confirmed purchase of Products on the Website.
“Products” means all sportswear, apparel, footwear, and accessories offered for sale.
“Website” means the Source Sportswear online store.
Interpretation: headings are for convenience only; singular includes plural; “including” means “including without limitation”; references to statutes include amendments and re-enactments.
2. Delivery Options
Source Sportswear partners with recognised couriers to provide delivery options, including:
• Standard courier delivery;
• Collection points (Paxi, The Courier Guy, or equivalent);
• Other methods as notified on the Website from time to time.
3. Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery is 5–10 Business Days, depending on the Delivery Address and courier availability.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and not guaranteed. Source Sportswear shall not be liable for delays caused by courier services, strikes, weather events, or Force Majeure.
4. Risk and Ownership
Risk of loss, damage, or theft passes to the customer upon the first attempted delivery at the Delivery Address.
Ownership of Products passes only upon full payment in cleared funds.
5. Failed Deliveries and Uncollected Orders
If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address, failure to collect, or repeated failed attempts, the Products will be returned to Source Sportswear. In such cases:
• The customer remains liable for all courier costs (including return and reshipment fees);
• A restocking fee of up to 15% of the Order value may apply;
• Reshipment will only occur once outstanding fees are settled.
6. Delivery Costs
Delivery costs are calculated at checkout and are payable in advance.
Delivery fees are non-refundable once Products have shipped.
7. International Shipping
Currently, Source Sportswear delivers only within South Africa, unless otherwise stated on the Website.
Any international shipping, if offered, will be subject to additional terms, charges, and customs
requirements.
8. Force Majeure
Source Sportswear shall not be liable for any delay or failure in delivery arising from causes beyond its reasonable control, including strikes, riots, courier disruptions, civil unrest, natural disasters, or power outage
9. Statutory Rights
Nothing in this Policy limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, including the right to timely delivery within 30 days of payment, unless expressly agreed otherwise
